NOTE: Selecting a specific district shows District-1WeekView. Else if ANY, State-1DayView is shown.
NOTE: Changes to search parameters will be used during next search(including auto).
NOTE: Browsers may pause/stop auto repeating search, so if oldest query time shown for search results is old, stop and start the auto search again.
